Q: How do I register to attend?

A: Admission is free. PRE-REGISTER ONLINE NOW (coming soon) for EXPRESS CHECK-IN the day of the show! Those who do not pre-register online may do so in person at the show.

Q: What are the trade show exhibit hours?

A: Exhibits: 10 am – 8 pm on Wednesday, October 20; 9 am – 5 pm on Thursday, October 21.

Q: What industries use the tools and technology represented at the show?

A: Attendees can examine the latest manufacturing tools and technology used in a wide variety of industries including aerospace, automotive, communications, defense, electronics, environmental, medical and more.

Q: Along with the exhibits, will there be other events?

A: Yes, other events include:

  • Exhibitor events will be conducted throughout the event.
  • The exciting BotsIQ competition begins at 8 am on Thursday, October 21. Look for more information in the printed program distributed at the event.

Q: Can I have food and beverages at the show?

A: No food or beverage may be brought into the facility, but there is a variety of snacks and drinks available for purchase.

Q: Can I pass out my company literature while attending AMTS?

A: Only exhibitors may distribute company literature and information at AMTS. This policy is strictly enforced, and any non-exhibitors soliciting or distributing literature will be asked to leave the show.

Q: How is the show promoted before the event?

A: Here are some of the marketing and PR activities DTMA has implemented:

Q: What security is provided at the event?

A: Security guards will be on duty 24 hours a day from the beginning of move-in until the completion of move-out.

Q: Can I conduct an event?

A: Exhibitors are encouraged to facilitate educational events at the show. One-hour time slots will be available throughout the day on both Wednesday and Thursday.

Q: Can I provide passes to my customers?

A: You can supply free passes that your customers and prospects can use to register for free admission to the show. You'll be able to use an order form to request additional passes.

Q: Can I get Internet access?

A: The Internet can be accessed at the Dayton Airport Expo Center only through a wireless connection. Your computer(s) must be capable of receiving the wireless signal. You'll receive notification of the Internet service when your computer is turned on; then you'll simply log on and pay by credit card.

Q: Where can I get additional information on being an exhibitor?

A: When you purchase a booth, you'll receive a packet containing helpful information and forms relating to sponsorship and advertising opportunities, free passes for attendees, the Preview Party, exhibitor events, floor plans and much more. You can also call Kim Aiple, DTMA, at 877.663.5105.
