Q: How do I register to attend?
A: Admission is FREE! PRE-REGISTER ONLINE NOW for EXPRESS CHECK-IN the day of the show! Those who do not pre-register online may do so in person at the show.
Q: What are the trade show exhibit hours?
A: 10 am – 8 pm both days, Wednesday, October 19 and Thursday, October 20.
Q: What industries use the tools and technology represented at the show?
A: Attendees can examine the latest manufacturing tools and technology used in a wide variety of industries including aerospace, energy, automotive, communications, defense, transportation, environmental, medical and more.
Q: Along with the exhibits, will there be other events?
A: Yes. Check the Event Schedule for the most updated information on events and seminars. In addition, the exciting Bots competition begins at 8 am on Thursday, October 20.
Q: Can I have food and beverages at the show?
A: No food or beverage may be brought into the facility, but there concessions on site available for purchase.

Q: Can I pass out my company literature while attending AMTS?
A: Only exhibitors may distribute company literature and information at AMTS. This policy is strictly enforced, and any non-exhibitors soliciting or distributing literature will be asked to leave the show.

Q: How is the show promoted before the event?

Q: What security is provided at the event?
A: Security guards will be on duty 24 hours a day from the beginning of move-in until the completion of move-out.
Q: Can I conduct an event?
A: Exhibitors are encouraged to facilitate educational events at the show. One-hour time slots will be available throughout the day on both Wednesday and Thursday.
Q: Can I provide passes to my customers?
A: Of course! Attendence is FREE... spread the word by using the 50 show passes in your Marketing Kit to hand out to key customers, reminding them to attend. Need more? Just ask us.
Q: Can I get internet access at the show?
A: The Internet can be accessed at the Dayton Airport Expo Center only through a wireless connection. Your computer(s) must be capable of receiving the wireless signal. You'll receive notification of the Internet service when your computer is turned on; then you'll simply log on and pay by credit card.
Q: What else can I do at the show to promote my company, besides just exhibiting?
