Q: What are the trade show exhibit hours?

A: Exhibits: 10 am – 8 pm on both Wednesday, October 19 and Thursday, October 20.

Q: How is the show promoted before the event?

A: Here are some of the marketing and PR activities DTMA has implemented:

  • Email blasts to potential attendees and exhibitors

Q: What security is provided at the event?

A: Security guards will be on duty 24 hours a day from the beginning of move-in until the completion of move-out.

Q: Can I conduct an event?

A: Exhibitors are encouraged to facilitate educational events at the show. One-hour time slots will be available throughout the day on both Wednesday and Thursday.

Q: Can I provide passes to my customers?

A: Of course! Attendence is FREE... spread the word by using the 50 show passes in your Marketing Kit to hand out to key customers, reminding them to attend. Need more? Just ask us.

Q: Can I get internet access at the show?

A: The Internet can be accessed at the Dayton Airport Expo Center only through a wireless connection. Your computer(s) must be capable of receiving the wireless signal. You'll receive notification of the Internet service when your computer is turned on; then you'll simply log on and pay by credit card.

Q: What else can I do at the show to promote my company, besides just exhibiting?

A: When you purchase a booth, you'll receive a packet containing helpful information and forms relating to sponsorship and advertising opportunities, exhibitor events, and much more. You can also call Exhibit Sales at 937.512.4083.
