How do I purchase a booth?

What are the trade show exhibit hours?
Exhibits: 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. on Wednesday, October 21; 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Thursday, October 22.
How is the show promoted before the event?
Exhibiting at a trade show is an investment on your part. Knowing that, we promote the show extensively to reach your key customers and prospects. Plus, we provide tips on maximizing your show experience; go to “Making the Most of AMTS” on this site. The AMTS is promoted via:
- Business publications and newspaper ads throughout the region
- Direct mail
- Email blasts
- Trade publication ads
- Free admission coupons provided to each exhibitor, with the option of free customization to further promote your booth
- Articles in the region’s dailies and business newspapers
- DTMA website
What security is provided at the event?
Security guards will be on duty 24 hours a day from the beginning of move-in until the completion of move-out.
Can I conduct a seminar?
Exhibitors are encouraged to facilitate educational seminars at the show. One-hour time slots will be available throughout the day on both Wednesday and Thursday.
Can I provide passes to my customers?
You can supply free passes that your customers and prospects can use to register for free admission to the show. You’ll be able to use an order form to request additional passes.
Can I get Internet access?
The Internet can be accessed at the Dayton Airport Expo Center only through a wireless connection. Your computer(s) must be capable of receiving the wireless signal. You’ll receive notification of the Internet service when your computer is turned on; then you’ll simply log on and pay by credit card.
Where can I get additional information on being an exhibitor?
When you purchase a booth, you’ll receive a packet containing helpful information and forms relating to sponsorship and advertising opportunities, free passes for attendees, the Preview Party, exhibitor seminars, floor plans and much more. You can also call Kim Aiple, DTMA, at 937-478-9878.
